Many people say that the Megamax diapers are perfect for wearing 24/7. I cant tell because Ive never worn them, but they are very often recommended. Id say also Crinklz when it comes to a little bit cheaper category of ABDL diapers, I love them so much.

In my opinion good diapers for extended wearing are cotton diapers like LIL COMFORTS Comfy Cubz, LNGU Big Ears Baby or cotton models from tykables. But You must consider their capacity. Cotton diapers could be not enough. For long wearing with big capacity best are Rearz Mega.
